Resendes Design Group LLC is a 3rd generation Detroit architectural firm dedicated to fostering design excellence. RDG boasts a 57 year design legacy; providing expert counseling, management, and design services to education, historic preservation, non-profit, and commercial clientele.
RDG provides professional architectural design and planning services for new construction, adaptive reuse, renovation, and historic preservation projects. Additional Services provided include: Campus Planning; Existing Facilities Surveys; Facility Space Needs Analysis; Feasibility Studies; Interior Design; Client Representation; Project Cost Analysis; Site Selection and Evaluation; Tax Credit Applications; Value Analysis and much more. While we have established close relationships with preferred consultants, RDG is open to working with client selected engineers and/or consultants.
